From first inquiry to the last song, this is how weddings work at Rustic Ridge Wedding Barn.
The Process
We work with you to make your wedding day effortless

Inquire
Send an inquiry or call. We'll talk through your preferred date, guest count, and season.

Tour
Walk the barn and grounds in person, ask questions, and see how the room can be set up for your list.
03
Reserve
Secure your date with a signed rental agreement and the required retainer.

Plan
Once your final guest count is confirmed, we meet to plan the layout, timing and vendor logistics.
05
Friday
Set up, decorate and rehearse without the pressure of doing it all on the wedding morning.
06
Saturday
Celebrate. Music concludes at 10:30 p.m., and personal items are removed Saturday evening.
Vendors
Trusted local professionals, without the lock-in
Our recommended caterers, DJs, photographers, florists and bartenders are people we have worked with repeatedly.
You may use them or bring your own properly licensed vendors with prior approval. Either way, we help coordinate arrival times, load-in and room setup so the day runs on schedule.
Policies
Clear expectations, set early
Knowing the ground rules up front makes planning easier for everyone.
Alcohol
Alcohol service is permitted through approved, properly licensed and insured bartending services. Self-service alcohol is not permitted.
Music
Music concludes at 10:30 p.m. so the evening winds down calmly and respectfully for neighbors.
Decorations
Candles, hanging décor and installations are welcome within guidelines that protect the building. We review specifics during planning.
Outside vendors
Bring your own properly licensed vendors with prior approval, or choose from our trusted local network.
Smoking
Smoking is limited to designated outdoor areas only.
Care of the venue
Activities that could damage the building, landscaping or outdoor lighting are not permitted.

I highly recommend Rustic Ridge Wedding Barn! I got married there September 9, 2023 and it was the best day of our lives. Everything turned out even better than what I had envisioned thanks to the venue. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the owners are great and very easy to work with. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to anything wedding related and will give you guidance wherever you may need. Thad and Michelle were very helpful throughout the whole process. If I ever had a question, I could just send them a text and they would respond quickly. They were both around the whole wedding weekend and took care of any problems we had and helped deal with the vendors where it was needed.
