Most couples comparing wedding barn venues in Ohio are working from a total budget rather than a venue budget. Our seasonal starting prices cover the room, the tables and chairs, tablecloths, custom setup for your guest count, and normal venue cleanup. This means the number you see here is the number you plan around, with no per-chair, per-setup or cleaning charges layered on later.
Winter dates are the most affordable way to hold a wedding here, spring and summer Saturdays sit in the middle, and peak fall in Ohio — when the Tuscarawas Valley is at its best for photos — is the most requested and the most expensive. What the venue rental includes
CleanUp
Who handles what
Rustic Ridge handles normal venue cleanup. Couples and vendors are responsible for removing decorations, personal belongings, outside supplies, and event trash according to the rental agreement.
There is no additional venue cleaning fee. Everything you brought in leaves with you Saturday evening.
The exact division of cleanup responsibilities, including trash removal, is itemized in the rental agreement.

Rustic Ridge has developed relationships with trusted local wedding professionals who provide dependable service at competitive rates. Couples are not required to use an expensive exclusive catering or entertainment package.
