The questions couples ask most before touring Rustic Ridge.
How many guests can Rustic Ridge accommodate?
Weddings at Rustic Ridge are limited to 200 guests. The building could hold more, but capping the count keeps seating comfortable, service better, and the room easier to move through.
How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Starting prices are $3,500 for winter weddings (January through March), $6,000 for the standard season (April through August, November and December), and $7,500 for peak fall dates in September and October.
What is included with the rental?
Friday setup and rehearsal access, Saturday wedding-day access, tables, chairs, tablecloths, a custom room layout planned with you, indoor restrooms, a climate-controlled venue, and post-event venue cleaning with no extra cleaning fee.
When can we get into the venue?
Rentals include Friday access for setup and rehearsal and Saturday access for the wedding day. Music concludes at 10:30 p.m., and decorations and personal items are removed Saturday evening.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. You may choose from Rustic Ridge's trusted local professionals or bring your own properly licensed vendors with prior approval.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is permitted through approved, properly licensed and insured bartending services. Self-service alcohol is not permitted.
Do you have indoor restrooms?
Yes. There are indoor men's and women's restrooms with three spacious stalls each. There are no outdoor portable restrooms.
Is the venue air conditioned?
Yes. Two air-conditioning systems keep the barn comfortable, and the venue has a backup generator and backup water access.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue has a step-free layout throughout, making it easier for guests using wheelchairs, walkers or strollers.
Can we hold the ceremony outdoors?
Outdoor ceremony space is available on the grounds, with the barn as a comfortable indoor alternative if weather changes. We review options during your tour.
Do you publish an availability calendar?
No. Contact Rustic Ridge with your preferred date or season and we will follow up personally with availability and next steps.
Are there hotels nearby?
Hotels are roughly a mile away, with short-term rentals nearby — several with pools, hot tubs and fire pits — and rideshare available in the area.
How do we reserve a date?
Dates are reserved with a signed rental agreement and the required retainer. Contact us to start the conversation.
Who handles cleanup?
Rustic Ridge handles normal venue cleaning. Couples and vendors remove decorations, personal belongings and outside supplies according to the rental agreement.
