At Rustic Ridge the answers are simple — up to 200 guests, Friday setup through Saturday evening, and a fully indoor, climate-controlled barn with an outdoor ceremony area you can use when the day cooperates.
We are about a mile from hotels and dining off I-77, roughly ten minutes from Dover, half an hour from Canton, and an easy drive from Sugarcreek, Strasburg, Uhrichsville, Coshocton and Millersburg. That keeps travel short for out-of-town guests and makes a rehearsal-day visit realistic for most families in northeast and central Ohio.
Capacity
Maximum wedding size: 200 guests
Although the building can accommodate a larger occupancy, Rustic Ridge limits weddings to 200 guests. This allows for comfortable seating, room to move, better service, and a more enjoyable experience for everyone.
Reception Layouts
Your room, planned around your list
Every reception is set up according to your final guest count and preferences. Once your numbers are confirmed, we meet with you to plan the room together. We offer:
Access
Friday and Saturday
Friday
Setup and rehearsal access so decorating never has to happen on the wedding morning.
Saturday
Wedding-day access beginning in the early morning, with music concluding at 10:30 p.m.
Saturday evening
All decorations, personal items and supplies are removed Saturday night.
Exact Friday and Saturday access times, and the required departure time, are confirmed in your rental agreement.
Indoor Comfort
Climate-controlled, all indoors
Backup systems, including a generator and backup water access, help keep the venue operating smoothly in the event of a power or utility interruption.
Outdoor spaces
Room to gather outside
Landscaped grounds, an outdoor fireplace, evening lighting and natural photo locations surround the barn.
Ceremony locations, permitted outdoor activities and decoration guidelines are reviewed during your tour. Balls and activities that could damage the venue or the outdoor lighting are not permitted.
